The location of the apartment is great. The room has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Very nice bathroom amenities (l'Occitane). Towels and other things are of good quality. The decor is nice. The staff is polite and helpful. In our room (508) it was very quiet at night, despite the central location and bars around (we asked for a room on a higher floor, and it was provided to us; I am not sure about other rooms, but in general the hotel seems to be quiet). In addition, at the airport we were met by a driver with a car, which was very convenient (but it seems it was a gift from booking.com :-)) Wi-Fi was not 100% stable, but overall it was sufficient, even for teleconferences.

Restaurants, supermarkets and landmarks are all around, including gracious building of old Stock exchange and world famous and most beautiful Grande Place - 5 min walk, if not less. Metro stations just few steps away. Luggage room is available. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Thank you guys.

Great location, safe area , very close to St Catherine Square with good restaurants and also the bars nearby. The room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed.. The front desk staff are helpful . They were also kind enough to allow me an early check in.
